The Volano B3 has a blade made of 100Cr6 steel with a diameter of 30 cm and a round cutting capacity of 18.5 cm; the square blade measures 23 cm x 17 cm. It can be used to cut slices with a thickness of between 0 and 3 mm. The concave shape of the blade only touches the food at the cutting point, which prevents changes in taste and smell.
Integrated grinder, system for anchoring/releasing the sliced product, blade guard and tray for slicing waste ensure a long service life of the slicer while complying with all safety precautions and optimum hygiene standards. Knives, drip tray and other parts of the machine can be easily removed, cleaned or replaced.
